Terms of Service

I, the applicant, understand that this membership covers non-emergency towing or necessary fuel drop/jump start in the specified area of coverage. The cost of fuel and/or parts is not included in the membership fee. Sea Tow membership does not cover boats with any pre-existing condition that renders the covered vessel unsafe or inoperable. Sea Tow membership does not cover boats sinking, taking on water, wrecked or burning, boats run hard aground, beached, on reefs, the salvage of boats or commercial vessels. At times of heavy boat traffic and calls, it is understood that all cases will be handled on a priority basis. It is understood that Sea Tow International, Inc. or its franchisees, organizations or agents will not be held responsible for property damages or personal injuries sustained during any waiting due to extreme weather conditions or mechanical and physical restrictions beyond human control. It is also understood that Sea Tow international or it's franchisees, organizations, agents or employees will not be held responsible for damages or injuries occurring to member's vessels or passengers while engaged in any services rendered to its members. Members assume all risks of towing and all other services required in any case other than extreme negligence. In the event of an injury to persons aboard ship or any occurrences that threaten the safety of passengers or vessel, the applicant should immediately contact the Coast Guard and request emergency assistance. Sea Tow reserves the right to terminate or limit this membership for any abuses.
